Fee’s, Insurance, and Cancelation Policy

My fee ranges from $160.00 to $200.00 per 45 to 55 minute session. Scholarships are available based on individual need and circumstances. Payment is due at the time of your appointment and can be made via cash, check, or all major credit cards.

If you need to cancel, please provide a minimum of 24 hours’ advance notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a fee of $130.00, regardless of insurance status.

I am a contracted in-network provider for Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Health Care, UMR, Medica, and Midland’s Choice of Nebraska. 

In addition to me contacting your provider for insurance benefits, I recommend calling your insurance company to verify the following:

• Your current coverage details and any recent changes

• Co-payments, deductibles, and out-of-pocket maximums for therapy sessions

• Whether my services are considered in-network or out-of-network

• Pre-authorization requirements or limitations on the number of sessions

• Coverage for telehealth or virtual therapy appointments

• Any exclusions or specific documentation needed for reimbursement

Confirming these details ensures a smooth billing process and helps you avoid unexpected expenses.

* If you decided to use your health insurance benefits, a mental health diagnosis is required to receive coverage for sessions. Once this diagnosis is processed by the insurance company, it will become a permanent part of your health record. Due to this, some people may decide to pay out of pocket to ensure privacy.
